I have to say I’m getting sick of Chicken. Chicken this and Chicken that. So I gave this beef recipe a try. Fast and healthy. You will love it!
1 lbs Boneless Beef Chuck cut into 1/2 inch to 1 inch pieces (grass fed)
1 Cup Beef Broth
1/2 White Onion chopped roughly
1/4 C Tamari or Low Sodium Soy Sauce
1 TBS Rice Vinegar
1 TBS Honey
1 TBS Toasted Sesame Oil
1-2 tsp Siracha or 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
2-3 Garlic Cloves minced
1 inch Piece Ginger sliced
Throw it all in the crock pot and cook on High for 3-4 hours or on low for 7-8 hours. Serve with Rice or Cauliflower Rice for a lower carb variation and Vegetables.
Easy options would be frozen Green Beans, or Frozen Asian Stir Fry mix. I served mine with Broccoli and 1/4 Cup Jasmine Rice and a 1/4 cup Cauliflower Rice. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and devour!
