Boot camp is not your average exercise class. Classes are small (6-10) and each boot camper receives individual attention. I am adamant about proper form and intensity. This ensures a challenging and safe workout. Each class is an awesome balance, of whole body strength, cardiovascular conditioning, and flexibility training. You’ll never get bored since every class is different. Because of the smaller class size it is great for all fitness levels. Bands, body weight, medicine balls, and a variety of other surprising items such as recycled tires are used to get you toned and firm. To keep you in the fat blasting cardio zone there are relay races, fun endurance challenges and many other creative activities. Every Boot Camper receives a free consultation to set goals, determine nutritional needs and record body composition.
