Wow, this recipe came as a complete accident. I wanted something creamy and since I’m on the Whole 30, dairy is off limits. I don’t usually like ranch but I am craving creamy and cheesy. So this recipe was invented. I hope you enjoy!
Ingredients:
2 Big Spoonfuls of Tahini
1/4 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
2 Big Spoonfuls of Coconut Aminos
2 Garlic Cloves
Pinch of salt
Pinch of dried parsley
Directions:
Blend it all together and serve on salad on salmon on shawarma, chicken, you name it!
If you haven’t tried coconut aminos yet then you are in for a treat. This ingredient is just fabulous. I would have never tried it if I wasn’t doing the Whole 30, which doesn’t allow any soy. It is a lot like soy sauce but has less of asian taste and more versatile.
