This wrap is really delicious, high in healthy fats, and protein, low in carbs, and wheat free! It is flexible, as in, it will not break when you try to pick it up. It’s fast to make too!
3 TBS Flax seed (ground)
1/2 tsp baking powder
Mix all the ingredients into a bowl. Then spread it onto parchment paper. Not too thin. It should be just a bit bigger than a corn tortilla.
Lay the parchment directly on the glass microwave tray.
Microwave for about 1:45-2 minutes.
So easy! You can add cinnamon if you are going to put fruit in it or herbs if you are going to have it as a sandwich!
