You crave variety and a challenge! You love a group dynamic with lots of socializing as well as a body pumping workout. You like constant movement and would consider yourself in decent shape. You are not afraid to try something new. You would love a group class like REVV It!, C3, Kickboxing, Zumba, Body Pump or anything labeled Circuit Training with a great instructor. You are probably not looking for too much spiritual just fun and effective!
You have a hard time fitting everything you want in to your week. So you want a workout that is challenging and effective and no time is wasted. You would like your workout to be somewhat social but you also want to be focused. You like variety but also like the oldies but goodies. You will love Boot Camp, REVV It!, Group cycling/Spinning, Step and Tone classes or any class labeled strength and conditioning, rock climbing, or other meetup groups with similar interests. You would probably like Crossfit but you will be on cautious side and be proud of that 🙂
You get bored easily but also want a safe workout. You love to be challenged but like to feel successful too! So a science based effective workout with some fun challenges and a few good people or alone would suit you best. You don’t mind a group dynamic but also love the focus of not being just a part of the crowd. Your workouts are sometimes very similar but you could use a push to get out of your comfort zone. You would benefit greatly from semi-private or small group training with a partner/s who are of similar fitness levels for camaraderie and a challenge. Early morning Boot Camps could be your thing if you are happy with the intensity. Personal training to get you into a routine you can do alone would be another great option for you. You also might enjoy meetup groups for hiking or running or other activities that you like. Consider signing up for a race to keep you motivated.
You have a very busy life and crave a routine that is familiar and stress free. Your body and/or mind go through a tornado every week and you just want to strengthen your body and relieve some stress. Something that is not too jarring but is a challenge. You don’t mind a group dynamic but also love to just be in the moment and focus on your workout. You would love personal training tailored to your specific likes and needs or semi-private training with someone of similar mindset. You would also love a Yoga or Pilates class that is convenient for your schedule. Think about activities that get you into nature whenever possible; kayaking, walking, hiking, and swimming. The last thing you need is one more stress so eliminating any excuses and obstacles is key and then getting into a routine.
