Not drinking enough water is one of the easiest yet so often overlooked ways to make your body more likely to let go of excess fat. Water is responsible for transporting vitamins, for aiding in digestion, and carrying out various other processes in the body. When a person is dehydrated, it’s easy to mistake this feeling for hunger. So stay hydrated to keep your metabolism strong! Drink at least half your body weight in ounces of water every day. Also eat plenty of veggies for extra hydration too. Kale, red peppers, juicy tomatoes, romaine, celery, and bok choy are all awesome water and vitamin packed vegetables!
