Hello Summer time and Goodbye to all the excuses!
Post your goal/goals on the Momentum facebook page for a chance to win $10 off boot camp or personal training (I will throw names in a hat and randomly select). Every year I end up with a couple things that I didn’t get to before the fall. I know that I am not alone. What are your goals for the summer? What are your goals for this month? What are your goals for this week? Write them down! People are way more likely to accomplish their goals when they tell someone. If it’s more private, then tell your husband, your friends, or your kids. Make yourself accountable. It’s going to be an awesome Summer! Get outside and start moving, having, fun, and loving your life!
My Summer Goal: Build strength (heavier squat, do a pull up), increase agility, and speed for the Warrior Dash!
Monthly Goals: Increase sprint speeds each month, increase number on band assisted pull ups, do 2 more repetitions or 10 more pounds on squat.
Weekly Goal: Complete 3 strength workouts specifically designed to become a warrior 🙂
